Watch Josh Allen do his best Patrick Mahomes impression with this wild TD (Video)

Josh Allen continues to ascend to the upper echelon of quarterbacks.

The meteoric rise of Josh Allen continues to get more and more outstanding at every turn. From a guy who was once questioned as a first-round prospect, Allen is now an MVP candidate who led the Buffalo Bills to their first division title in over two decades.

Now Allen is making highlight-reel plays in the playoffs.

After driving the Bills into the red zone, Allen turned a busted designed quarterback run play into a touchdown like few others in the league are able to do.

Simply put, it was Mahomesian.

Allen has been making plays like this more and more as he establishes himself as a top tier quarterback in the league. those who assumed his days at Wyoming wouldn’t translate to success at the NFL level have been eating their words this season, as Allen has seemingly bucked any notion that he’ll be a Carson Wentz-style bust.

In fact, Allen is statistically among the best quarterbacks in the league and shows no signs of slowing. Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll has designed a system that plays to Allen’s strengths but rather than have it be a house of cards that solely relies on strengths, it has seemingly made Allen a better quarterback.

Josh Allen is not Patrick Mahomes, but he continues to show more than just flashes of talent that demand he be in the conversation as one of the top quarterbacks in the entire league.
