Fantasy Football 2020 Week 5 rankings means it’s time to see who you should start and sit.

Week 4 was not nice to any of us competing in Fantasy Football 2020, as a multitude of injuries popped up yet again to make us sit back and re-evaluate our entire teams all over again. It has honestly felt like this for a few weeks now, as every time we begin to think things are getting better, they get worse.

The removals of Nick Chubb and Austin Ekeler should leave owners scrambling for players, while Kenyan Drake continues to struggle and maybe losing his starting job. And COVID-19 has finally found its way to effecting the NFL season. All these problems are total headaches for owners.

However, that’s why I am here with start and sit options to help change your ways in Fantasy Football 2020. We have no idea if or how this season will end due to COVID-19, but we will continue playing like we know there will be a fantasy championship at the end of the tunnel.

Like most weeks, the waiver wire is going to be the hottest place for owners as they attempt to fix their teams, correct their teams, and ultimately save their teams. Winning Fantasy Football 2020 isn’t out of the realm for anyone just yet, even if you are 0-4. It’s now that you can turn that around and sneak your way into the playoffs.

Otherwise, you have no better choice. So here’s the best start and sit options as bye weeks begin to come into effect and only makes this list that more important because of all the players that will be missing from the lineup. Good luck this week.

Bye Week Teams: Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers

Note: Superstars like Alvin Kamara and Patrick Mahomes will not be included on this list.

Quarterbacks

Start:

Teddy Bridgewater, CAR, @ ATL

Teddy Bridgewater has proven to everyone that he was worth every penny that the Carolina Panthers gave him in the offseason. “Teddy Two Gloves” has led the Panthers to a 2-2 record through the first four games, winning two of which without Christian McCaffrey playing. This week, he has a chance to be one of the better fantasy quarterbacks with a salivating matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

Kirk Cousins, MIN, @ SEA

People are going to be wary from the start, but hear us out. Kirk Cousins is going to ball on Sunday Night Football. And the reason being is that the Seattle Seahawks cannot defend anything through the air. Cousins has been shaky this season, to say the least, but an opponent like this will force him to air it out and use all of his stars to his advantage. He’s a top streaming option.

Sit:

Carson Wentz, PHI, @ PIT

Carson Wentz has been pretty bad this year, most of that isn’t to his fault, however. It’s instead of the fault of his team’s health. A matchup with a scary Pittsburgh defense fresh off a bye should make him one to ride your bench once again.

Joe Burrow, CIN, @ BAL

Joe Burrow has been impressive. So impressive that people are already prepared to put him as a top quarterback in the NFL. And that’s a bit extreme, but what we know is that he is good. Unfortunately, his offensive line is the opposite, and a matchup with the Baltimore Ravens could see Mr. Burrow on his back far more than the endzone. Sit him this week, but keep him for the rest of Fantasy Football 2020.
