Chiefs wideout Demarcus Robinson has been working overtime of late to get ready for the campaign

Throughout the offseason for the Kansas City Chiefs, one they’ve dominated by the way, much of the attention has gone to star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and rightfully so. Not only did he sign a record-breaking extension with Kansas City, but he also just became part owner of the Royals. Really?

Despite Mahomes being a freak of nature, he’s nothing without his teammates, especially the guys hauling in the passes from his rocket of an arm. This includes speedster Demarcus Robinson, who is hoping to have a big year and help the Chiefs repeat as Super Bowl champs.

The wideout has been putting in serious work of late and took to Twitter to share a workout clip. He looks like a guy ready to ball out as soon as Week 1 arrives.

Demarcus Robinson is hoping to help the Chiefs bring home another Lombardi Trophy

Robinson is sweating so much, he looks like he went into a sauna with all of his clothes on. That’s the sign of a player who is putting in the extra work to make sure his mind and body are right for the upcoming season.

In 2019, the 6-1, 203-pounder appeared in all 16 regular season games and made 10 starts. He went on to catch 32 balls for 449 yards and four touchdowns.

While Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce may have been Mahomes’ first options in the aerial attack, Robinson and Mecole Hardman were key pass-catchers as well. That figures to once again be the case in 2020 with the Chiefs looking to go back-to-back.

Everything is going good right now for the Kansas City Chiefs. Once the new season does roll around, look for them to be a force and put up plenty of points on the scoreboard. Don’t be surprised when Robinson is the one dancing in the end zone either.
